Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. To perform this role, you will need an electrician degree from a technical college and experience working on electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures
- Follow National Electrical Code, state, and local building regulations
- Perform circuit breaker corrective maintenance
- Maintain good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Completion of electrician apprenticeship
- Experience working as an electrician
- High school Diploma or GED preferred
- Electrician degree from a technical college
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions and schematics
- Operates a variety of hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to demonstrate Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring equipment
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong safety background and attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
