Description

The Electrician will assist their designated warehouse in performing job duties such as installing solar systems and must possess a Master or Journeyman's electrical license.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code, troubleshooting, and layout
• Ability to read drawings and electrical single-line diagrams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in extreme environments (e.g., hot sun, cold)
• Proficiency in installing all types of grid-tied inverters and working with various ground and roof mount racking systems
• Knowledge of NEC codes related to PV installations
• Organization skills and ability to meet timelines
• High level of customer service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or high roofs
• Ensure quality control of solar installations
• Maintain and promote team morale
• Provide feedback for team improvement
• Other tasks as assigned
