Overview
Clements Electric – Veteran Owned Small Business is hiring a Licensed Electrician (Wireman / Journeyman) for Mansfield, Texas. Full-Time, W-2 Employee.

What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components per NEC and local codes
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Collaborate with project teams to complete jobs safely, on time, and within budget
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License
2+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience
Strong understanding of NEC and local codes
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex
Additional qualifications:
Experience in estimating
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with low-voltage systems and electrical testing
Job Details
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Pay: $28–$40/hour, depending on experience level – paid weekly
Mileage reimbursement provided when using a personal vehicle
Licenses Required
Driver’s License
Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License (Texas)
Work Location & Travel
Work Location: In person at project sites across North Texas. Must be willing to travel throughout the DFW area.
