Responsibilities

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will perform a wide variety of electrical installation, service, and repair tasks, including:

• Service upgrades and panel replacements
• Generator installation and wiring
• HVAC controls and system connections
• Smart home wiring and low-voltage installations
• New construction rough-in work
• Pulling and bending conduit
• Reading blueprints and following NEC code requirements
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical systems

Qualifications

• Valid Rhode Island Journeyman Electrical License (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own set of basic hand tools and battery-powered tools
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or residential electrical work
• Knowledge of NEC code requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Reliable and committed to working 40 hours per week
