Location: Lincoln, NE. We are expanding and will be taking on work in the Omaha area. Until Omaha jobs are established, commuting to Lincoln is required. We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to assist in all aspects of electrical construction. HACO Electric is a local, family-owned company that cares about its employees and customers. Responsibilities

• Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
• Ensure professional resolution of escalated field-related issues and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Field Support teams to maintain project flow
• Enforce all national and local codes and stay current with industry changes
• Drive a safety-first culture and lead by example
• Evaluate employee work performance and provide guidance and development

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards
• Strong expertise in trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, installation methods, safety procedures, safe work practices, calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• 1-5+ years of electrical construction experience as a journeyman electrician
• State of Nebraska electrical journeyman license
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
