Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design team. This role focuses primarily on digital creative design, with strong skills in graphic design, branding, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will also bring additional expertise in photography, photo editing, and website design to support our creative department.

The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Creative Director and collaborates closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising/Sales, and E-Commerce teams to create cohesive design solutions across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic & Digital Design

  • Lead graphic design initiatives for e-commerce websites (including Amazon assets).
  • Design compelling digital assets for paid social, search platforms, email marketing, and website campaigns.
  • Create and refine website elements such as pop-ups, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
  • Elevate email marketing design with innovative, on-brand templates.
  • Design sales tools, wholesale catalogs, brochures, and trade-facing materials.
  • Develop packaging, custom products, and brand assets as needed.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and visual standards across all touchpoints.

Photo, Web & Content Support (Plus)

  • Contribute to the creative process for photo and video campaigns (shot lists, storyboards, treatments).
  • Support small-scale in-house photo/video shoots, including styling, photographing, and editing.
  • Execute high-quality photo retouching, color correction, and image optimization for digital and print.
  • Collaborate with E-Commerce to improve web and UX/UI design where needed.
  • Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are organized, tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, designers, and freelancers when needed.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure projects are scoped, prioritized, and delivered on deadline.
  • Manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Contribute to weekly creative team meetings by presenting current projects, progress, and new ideas.
  • Stay current with design, digital marketing, and content creation trends to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital and graphic design for e-commerce, social media, and/or email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with Figma or other UX/UI design tools.
  • Experience in website design (Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a balance of brand design, digital marketing, and creative problem solving.
  • Photography and photo-editing experience is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of digital creative KPIs and a test-and-learn approach to design performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.).
  • Passion for design, visual storytelling, and creative innovation.
