We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition strategies, and effective conflict management techniques. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide HR practices that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and support professional development.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processes using HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paycheck.
  • Develop strategies for succession planning and organizational design to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and program management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management.
  • Analyze data related to HR metrics for process improvement and informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee evaluation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in supervising HR teams and managing projects effectively.
  • Proficient in using various HR software systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions.
  • Demonstrated ability in change management initiatives within an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
