Human Resources Generalist Job at Boothby Therapy Services in Raleigh

Job Description

Boothby Therapy Services is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This is a full-time, remote position that reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations by responding to questions, concerns, and policy inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new team members feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success.
• Maintain HR documentation, including personnel files, policy updates, and compliance reporting.
• Partner with managers and employees on leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.), benefits enrollment, and related inquiries.
• Help coordinate wellness, benefits, and engagement programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees across the organization.
• Track HR metrics and maintain data accuracy in HR systems (iSolved preferred).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort with data entry and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.
