The Position:
Leadership & Team Management: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Employee Relations Specialists supporting multiple construction business groups. Provide guidance and direction on escalated employee relations issues, ensuring consistent resolution and adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee employee relations case management, investigations, and resolutions across all construction groups. Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
Performance Management & Employee Development: Partner with leaders and managers to drive effective performance management practices, including coaching, feedback, and corrective action processes. Support the design and implementation of employee development and career growth programs.
Strategic HR Initiatives: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and retention. Lead HR initiatives that strengthen culture, improve employee engagement, and support organizational change.
