Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Description

Carries out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: employment interviewing for jobs, wage and salary administration, personnel administration, training, and benefits administration.

Location: This role will be based on-site at our Gurnee, IL facility.

Responsibilities

  • Employee relations – Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation – Monitor and approve applicable salary increases; check to see that they are within guidelines.
  • Benefits – Communicate and interpret all benefit changes and policies.
  • Hourly Recruitment/Selection – Assists managers in conducting needs analysis.
  • HRIS Reporting – Compiles statistical reports for departments.
  • Project Management – Participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-3+ years of related HRG experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents, apply concepts, and effectively present information.
