Overview

Human Resources Director at Aramark. This role provides leadership and generalist support across multiple corporate staff functions, delivering strategic HR guidance to senior leadership to align HR strategy with business strategy.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HR business partner for corporate functions (Legal, Strategy and Transformation), including each Executive Leader and their leadership team
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact
  • Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
  • Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, onboard, develop and retain talent
  • Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives in partnership with business leaders
  • Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures
  • Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role, with strong organization development, change management and talent management experience
  • Experience in using HR technology and analytics
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
