Baristas create delicious beverages and make connections with customers. Responsibilities include ensuring a unique Starbucks experience, making drinks, making menu suggestions, stocking inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate is a people-person who enjoys the customer experience and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Greeting guests and answering menu questions.
• Accurate and prompt order taking.
• Prompt preparation of beverages.
• Timely delivery of beverages/food to guests.
• Preparing checks and collecting payment.
• Cleaning equipment and areas.
• Attending department meetings.
• Consistent professional and positive attitude.
• Reporting incidents of guest dissatisfaction.
• Complying with policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as requested by management.

• Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to develop an understanding of guest service concepts.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is preferred.
