We are hiring immediately for full time BARISTA positions at Club Fly United - United Airlines, United Club, Denver, CO 80249. Online applications accepted only.

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies; maintains cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and production standards.
• Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during service; cleans equipment and workstation after use.
• Greet customers courteously and communicate to ensure customer satisfaction; relay concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently; assist in managing order flow to prevent delays.
• Explain menu items accurately and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Support sales by communicating effectively with customers and assisting in buying decisions.
• Ensure display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
