Job Description

Our client, a leading Health Insurance organization, is seeking an HR Representative to serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to HR systems. This role plays a vital part in supporting employees, managers, and administrators by ensuring timely responses and resolution of HR-related requests. Based in St. Louis, MO, this is a strong opportunity for individuals with HR or customer service backgrounds who thrive in problem-solving, communication, and process-driven environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and electronic requests related to HR systems
  • Research and resolve basic HR questions using policies, procedures, and programs as references
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions within a call tracking system
  • Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications and self-service tools
  • Troubleshoot non-technical HR system inquiries and guide employees/managers through functionality
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR team members or third-party administrators, and follow through to resolution
  • Perform basic data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Support HR Services projects, system upgrades, and new workflow processes

Education

Education:

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in HR or Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve HR inquiries and requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • HCM and call tracking system experience preferred
