Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team where your communication skills and attention to detail make a real impact. As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the frontline connection between our clients and their customers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat.
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Pay: $18.50
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Use multiple systems (up to 10) to research and resolve issues
- Educate customers while providing accurate solutions
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
- Meet performance metrics and adhere to schedule/attendance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1+ year in customer support or related field
- Experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to type 35+ WPM
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Must live within commuting distance to Irving, TX
- Minimum 1-year tenure at each of last 3 employers required
