Hiring Residential House Cleaning Professionals

We are seeking residential house cleaning professionals to join our team. As a house cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and provide them with a clean and comfortable living space.

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $20.00 per hour, with the ability to earn up to $700.00 per week. We offer a stable and consistent working schedule, all necessary cleaning supplies, training, and a company car while you work.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Follow our process to delight every customer and earn tips
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (if team lead)
• Maintain equipment (if team lead)

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
