Pay Range: $68,300.00 to $83,800.00
We're looking for a proactive, solutions-driven IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our IT operations - resolving issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping us scale smarter and faster.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and ensure availability for all users
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I-III help desk tickets with a focus on excellent customer service
- Provide systems administration support for assigned servers and services
- Configure and deploy new software and hardware
- Assist with AV and security-related investigations and tasks
- Support IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the Systems Administrator
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a Windows systems administrator role, or 3+ years supporting private/public cloud environments
- 4+ years working with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, distributed networks)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred
- Experience with: Azure, Veeam, Office 365, GPOs, VOIP, MDM, Palo Security
- Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS
- Experience with databases, including SQL
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- CCNA certification is a plus
