and application maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage MES solutions, support stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service delivery while aligning with business processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide

MES functional consulting

expertise to support manufacturing operations. Work closely with

client stakeholders

to understand and implement business requirements. Deliver

technical and functional solutions

using

Siemens Shopfloor Connect . Manage

application maintenance and support , ensuring seamless system performance. Utilize

ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira

for incident tracking and resolution. Ensure timely

task execution

with high-quality outcomes. Act as an

individual contributor , taking full ownership of deliverables. Maintain strong

communication skills , proactively engaging with teams. Align with customer

culture and business expectations . Perform

due diligence

to meet business objectives efficiently. Essential Skills & Experience: 4–7 years

of experience in

MES Functional Consulting . Strong expertise in

Siemens Shopfloor Connect . Proven experience in

application maintenance and support . Proficiency in

ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira . Excellent

communication

and problem-solving skills. Ability to work

independently

while engaging with stakeholders effectively. Seniority level
