Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney with three (3) or more years of litigation experience to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This role offers the opportunity to litigate a variety of matters for Fortune 500 clients in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Litigate a range of cases including premises and retail liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto and trucking for Fortune 500 clients. Work in a collaborative team setting; engage proactively and creatively with complex claims, including catastrophic losses and fatalities. Develop legal skills under tutelage, with ongoing feedback and alignment to individual goals. Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, open-door culture with direct access to experienced shareholders and associates. Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of litigation experience. Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and to work effectively as part of a team. Benefits and Culture
