Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and strategic SAP leader to drive impactful initiatives within our S/4HANA Cloud Private environment. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead full-cycle SAP implementations, optimize core processes, and ensure seamless financial operations.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration projects, from system conversion to new implementations.
Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between finance, controlling, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Lead business requirement discussions with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement to be solved by the SAP team; build the case for new/enhanced features and gain approval from business stakeholders.
Act as a key member of the configuration team responsible for functional design, configuration, and validation of the SAP solution supporting FICO, MM, SD, etc.
Drive and manage implementation efforts and stay updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in financial processes.
Manage a team of SAP professionals and provide technical support to end users.
Track, manage and report on the project budget and resource availability.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in at least one SAP module (FICO preferred).
Hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Strong cross-functional knowledge across FICO, MM, SD, and PS.
A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
