Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Set architecture standards and ensure adherence to best practices for frontend and backend development.
Build high-performance backend systems using .NET, Python, and C++ and guide the team in building robust, maintainable solutions.
Implement and maintain WebSocket protocols and real-time data pipelines for interactive applications.
Architect, optimize, and oversee databases (Postgres, SQL, and NoSQL) for high availability and performance.
Oversee code versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and enforce quality development processes through Git and automated testing to accelerate software delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Operations) to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Set clear goals and performance objectives for developers and align them with broader organizational goals.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to support team growth and accountability.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through coaching, mentorship, and recognition.
Partner with engineering management to forecast team capacity, hire talent, and plan resource allocation.
Encourage continuous learning, technical upskilling, and adherence to best practices.
