Overview

The company I am recruiting for are a global, SAP Gold, HR Consulting partner that are looking to grow their team in Germany by hiring 2 (Senior) SuccessFactors Consultant and/or Solutions Architect with a preference to focus on the Employee Central modules but open to any and all modules. Your role will be to provide advice and consulting services in the implementation of SuccessFactors to several clients across Germany but also with a focus on Europe and MENA. You will be a contributing factor to different phases of the implementation lifecycle and heavily involved in business process consulting for external customer. You will identify the issues, propose and develop the solution and play an important role in the development, configuration and release of the solution. You will guide teams, both internals and externals on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to propose value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the developing needs for their worldwide landscape. Solutions Architecture experience is not a must for this position as this can be developed through time. Dependant on your level, you will have the chance to learn newer modules, gain certifications, and advance to become a Team Leader/Project Management, Senior Manager etc. This position is fully remote in Germany. Alternative locations include: Slovakia, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, UK incl Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden. You will be responsible for but not limited to: Advising our clients with expert advice on HR processes as well as the functional implementation of SuccessFactors Performing Business Requirement discussions and solutioning in SuccessFactors Employee Central processes. Analysing, consulting, creating and deploying state-of-the-art HR business process applications Conducting interactive and dynamic seminars to create SuccessFactors that empower end users and support client processes. Guaranteeing perfect system integration, collaborate with other SuccessFactors teams. Learn the most recent SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices on a constant basis. Supporting and the development of alternative SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding Consulting for HR and IT departments regarding the optimization of HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors Adapting and setting up SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs The Involvement in rollout initiatives and deployments at the national and international levels Organising and carrying out user assistance and training for end users and key users Troubleshooting and keeping an eye on continuing operations Attending and performing meetings and workshops Working and liaising with Onshore/Offshore/Nearshore teams Participating in support level activities including 2nd and 3rd level Seniority level
