Project Manager

with proven experience in team leadership, project coordination, programming, design, and technical oversight. This role requires strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. Experience with

K–12 and/or higher education

projects is required; healthcare, commercial, or institutional experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients to foster long-term relationships

Lead and supervise architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities for studies, design, and construction documents

Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate the development of one or more projects to meet established goals

Guide design concepts through all project phases

Ensure projects align with budgets, schedules, and quality standards

Qualifications 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 4 years in K–12 education design

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Registered Architect in Texas preferred (candidates with relevant experience will be considered)

Strong understanding of architectural principles, including financial, schedule, and resource planning

Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural systems

Ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of development

Engaging communication style with clients, teams, and consultants

Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Knowledge of sustainability standards is a plus
