We are looking for an exceptional Director of Engineering to spearhead the development of innovative agentic AI systems tailored for healthcare. If you are passionate about transforming healthcare through technology, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for designing and scaling cutting-edge AI systems that enhance and automate complex medical workflows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
Architecting new infrastructure while optimizing existing systems.
Collaborating with a visionary founding team to push the limits of applied AI in healthcare.
Ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and deployment of large language models (LLM) in production environments.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
A robust track record in creating and scaling agentic AI systems, with experience in frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
In-depth knowledge of LLMOps, model fine-tuning, and deployment of production-grade generative AI applications.
Strong technical leadership and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
Hands-on expertise with modern tech stacks, particularly React, Python, or Node.js.
A background in machine learning, AI, or related fields driven by a culture of action and experimentation.
Bonus points for experience in startup environments, especially within healthcare, medical data, or regulated tech systems, and a genuine enthusiasm for building innovative solutions with small, ambitious teams.
