Job Description
Work with field staff to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time Meet with clients, architects, and hospital staff Work out of the office 3-4 days a week (opportunity to work from home one day a week) Manage documentation and client relationships Manage multiple projects Lead weekly OAC meetings MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelors degree (construction management or similar) Healthcare experience, especially in occupied spaces 10+ years of construction experience Estimating and precontruction experience Experience working on projects over $50M, ideally over $100M Experience in a client facing position MEP background preferred What's on Offer
