Job Description
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Provide regular project status updates to senior managem MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in the academic and/or higher-education sectors Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards Experience with construction software and project management tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What's on Offer
