PrideStaff is seeking a highly experienced

Construction Project Manager

to oversee government capital projects, with an emphasis on commercial building renovations, new construction, and quality control for a government agency here in West Palm Beach.

This role requires a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in project administration, contract management, and collaboration with design professionals, including architects and engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects, including those valued at multiple millions of dollars.

Key Responsibilities for

Construction Project Manager • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of government construction projects, focusing on capital improvements, interior renovations, and new building construction. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful, on-time project delivery within scope. • Lead contract management efforts, including negotiation, administration, and enforcement of project contracts. • Collaborate closely with design professionals, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met. • Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities and ensure that construction practices meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. • Conduct quality control assessments throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards and address any deficiencies. • Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays or budget overruns. • Prepare and present project status reports to government clients and stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and safety requirements throughout the project.
