Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee laboratory operations with 24/7 accountability Cultivate and guide team members to uphold high standards of care Collaborate closely with a team of 5 managers and a director Contribute to organization-wide quality and innovation initiatives Key Highlights of the Position:
