Morgan Stanley . Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs) / Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs) / teams on a daily basis. As a key member of the service team, this role focuses on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools, financial planning, reporting and analysis. Responsibilities

As a key member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including: preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups Provide backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity Remain current on all policies, procedures and new platforms Assist the FA/PWA/team in organizing around and executing against their business plan, partnering with Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management Execute administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies (conferences, seminars or webinars, websites, social media, regular email connectivity) Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients Assist with research using firm-approved systems Participate in client and/or prospective client meetings, representing the service lens Participate in firm initiatives, special projects and other duties directed by local management Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts) Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and internet applications Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills Strong time management and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate with others Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and able to multi-task Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven Reports To

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of the total compensation package, which may include commission, bonuses, incentive programs, and other Morgan Stanley benefit programs.
