Relocation: Case by Case Basis Sign-On Bonus: Case By Case Basis
Full-Time - Days - No Weekends
Job Summary and Qualifications Client provides 24-hour emergency medical services as well as outpatient diagnostic imaging, outpatient laboratory services and outpatient physical therapy to patients in Marion and surrounding communities. Our innovative tele stroke program provides stroke care to people of Marion and its surrounding counties, where stroke care is not immediately accessible.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise technical and/or non-technical laboratory personnel and daily operations in assigned areas/shifts to achieve organization and regulatory requirements. Supervise personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and service levels in assigned areas. Functional areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to technical discipline areas in which department is licenses, specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing Responsible for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities in areas of responsibility. Demonstrates skill required to supervise, teach and motivate staff Review and approve payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and scheduling requests
Qualification:
4 year Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required 5 years' experience as a Medical Technologist Current Client Medical Laboratory Supervisor General License required (LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND TO BE CONSIDERED) No Travel Required Prior supervisory experience preferred
