Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and architects to execute high-quality builds Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and company policies Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
