Management We are seeking a dedicated Security and Safety Operations Manager to spearhead the daily functions of our security department, ensuring the protection of property assets, employees, and guests. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness in collaboration with the Director of Engineering. Maintain logs, certifications, and documents as mandated by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Train staff on established emergency procedures and promote accident and fire prevention protocols. Focus on achieving guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operating budget. Candidate Profile: High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a related field, or A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or a related major with 2 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a related field.
