Magnolia Dental is hiring: Dental Assistant - Experienced in Canal Winchester

Join Magnolia Dental as an experienced Dental Assistant. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in advanced clinical procedures, particularly endodontics (root canals) and surgical extractions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the doctor during root canals, surgical extractions, and other advanced procedures.
• Anticipate the doctor's needs to ensure seamless, efficient treatment.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Provide outstanding chairside support, making patients feel comfortable and confident throughout complex treatments.
• Assist with post-op instructions, patient education, and follow-ups.
• Support sterilization, operatory setup, and treatment planning.

Office Information:

Hours: Every other Monday 8-4, Tues 7-4, Wed 7-4, Thu 9-6, Fri 8-2

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience required (endo/surgical experience strongly preferred).
• Radiology certification and strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and chairside procedures.
• A dependable, detail-oriented professional who can keep pace in a high-volume, procedure-driven environment.
• Someone who loves being part of a team but can also anticipate and act independently.
• A calm, compassionate presence for patients undergoing longer or more complex treatment.
