What You'll Be Doing:
Lead a team of skilled developers and oversee a portfolio of diverse technology projects, focusing on creating solutions to meet our regulatory needs through distributed microservices and full stack systems.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with technology trends, testing new tools, engaging in technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineers, with opportunities to code and review code as needed.
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their financial journeys.
Utilize a variety of programming languages and technologies including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and various AWS tools, as well as Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience not included).
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing, particularly with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree.
9+ years of experience in languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
3+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
7+ years of experience in a people management role.
2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $204,900 - $233,800, commensurate with experience.
