We are building a sales team of star players who will achieve their individual quotas. The team will consist of high achievers who are self-motivated and exceed expectations. Team members will attack their territories, build lasting channel and customer relationships, rapidly grow pipeline and close deals. Generate profitable revenue for the company. Sell professional services including advisory services, digital marketing, marketplace solutions, experience design, commerce and marketplace platform implementation, application development and support. Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, prioritize pursuits, and lead the sales process including qualification and planning (pitching). This may include cold calling and outreach via social channels. Develop partner/channel relationships and co-sell with channel reps on joint sales pursuits. Collaborate with inside sales to gain traction in your territory. Additional Responsibilities

Support and optimize marketing efforts to produce compelling sales collateral and campaigns. Create and execute a go-to-market sales plan for McFadyen Digital services within your territory. Achieve or exceed sales quota. Coordinate and drive sales efforts with internal teams. Track sales activity and status reports; adhere to sales processes and CRM documentation. Stay updated on sales and industry best practices and promotional trends. Continually improve through coaching and self-feedback. Qualifications

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota. Excellent selling, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations. Required: Experience with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, IBM WebSphere, Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor, etc.). Required: knowledge of related technologies such as PIM, CPQ, CMS, Search and Navigation, Headless technologies, ERP, OMS, BI tools, etc. Other Qualifications

Strategic planning and organizational skills with a focus on execution. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Remote work capability with up to 50% travel. Experience launching new sales initiatives or practices. Knowledge of B2B eCommerce trends, including product catalogs, configurators, and omnichannel commerce. What We Can Offer You
