Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Manage daily reporting, including progress updates and any issues encountered during construction. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and client expectations. Conduct regular site meetings with teams to review project progress and address challenges. Travel to various project locations to oversee construction operations directly. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to maintain high productivity and morale. A successful Traveling Superintendent - Tilt-Wall should have:
Strong experience managing tilt-wall construction projects from start to finish. Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Willingness to travel extensively to various project locations. Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools. What's on Offer
