WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

Licensed Home Health Administrator

3+ years Administrator leadership experience

3 + years Home Health experience

RN licensed in Texas (or NLC eligible)

OASIS experience required

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) proficiency - clinical field AND back-end office

Willingness to provide direct patient care and nurse training

Manage Home Health branch's financial health and clinical quality
