About the role:
As the Senior Product Manager, IBD HCP Marketing, you will be responsible for Personal and Non-Personal Promotion assets across the HCP ecosystem, including the design, execution, measurement and optimization of high-value touchpoints which will deliver upon brand strategic imperatives for the IBD Franchise. Reporting to the GIBU Brand Strategy & HCP Marketing lead, your role will be critical to developing strategic messaging and executing throughout personal and nonpersonal channels (including digital media, website, CRM, Rep Triggered emails, conference messaging). You will work synergistically with brand partners to build and deliver the customer experience.

How you will contribute: Oversees, builds and integrates Personal Promotion Field Resources, and Non-Personal Promotion assets across the HCP ecosystem for Crohn's and UC within HCP Marketing. Identifies and recommends relevant programs and tactics as a part of the Integrated Omni-Channel HCP Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for HCPs. Develops creative briefs and oversees execution of messaging & strategy. Leverages brand insight to inform segmentation, channel mix preferences, and targeting of HCPs. Partners with Analytics to distill insight, validate business opportunities, and monitor ROI of individual tactics; makes recommendations to optimize marketing mix. Develops and navigates promotional assets through the medical, legal and regulatory review and approval process. Manages agencies, holding them accountable to Takeda USBU policies, standards, timelines and budgets. Effectively manages agencies work product and budget for assigned programs. Leads key workstreams coming out Brand Planning from ideation to execution, including measuring and evaluating performance. Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree 6+ years experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing or related function A team player that is readily willing to help other strategic marketers in a fast-paced environment Ability to think big picture while also setting direction and managing execution of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders within Takeda and with agency representatives Proficiency in developing marketing strategy and independently executing Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) ideas to internal partners and external agencies Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders on projects Desired:
Experience in marketing or sales positions at a commercial pharmaceutical organization Experience in the therapeutic area The ideal candidate will be skilled not only in marketing but also in using AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

U.S. Base Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
