Our philosophy is straightforward: we listen to our participants and caregivers to understand their needs and desires. Position Overview: The LCSW Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering professional development among Master of Social Work (MSW) staff pursuing clinical licensure. This position ensures adherence to Board of Social Work licensure standards while promoting high-quality, ethical, and trauma-informed practices within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide structured individual and group clinical supervision hours necessary for LCSW licensure. Review clinical documentation and casework of supervisees, providing constructive feedback for professional growth. Ensure compliance with state licensure regulations and ethical standards. Assist in assessing clinical competencies and identifying training needs. Maintain accurate records of supervision hours and topics discussed. Collaborate with leadership to promote quality clinical care delivery. Act as a clinical resource and mentor, demonstrating best practices in client engagement and case management. Experience and Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program (CSWE). Current, unrestricted LCSW license. Approved by the State Board of Social Work for clinical supervision. A minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience in healthcare, aging services, behavioral health, or community-based settings. Experience in providing supervision or mentoring to MSWs is highly preferred. Pre-Employment Requirements: All Employees - Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and state-required liability auto insurance. Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before direct participant contact is mandatory. Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, which may include federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference checks, and drug screening.
