plays a vital role in executing specific processes and protocols, collaborating with all members of the care team to uphold the organization’s vision and mission. You will provide stellar customer service while supporting your team in achieving financial, clinical, and service objectives. Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm, determined by your supervisor. You may need to float to various office locations as required. Location:
4750 W Oakey, Las Vegas, NV. Flexibility to travel frequently is necessary, with an expected on-site presence at different locations for about 50% of your time. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to every customer. Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes while ensuring accurate demographics and insurance information in the APM system. Collect necessary co-pays and follow all cash handling policies diligently. Manage inbound and outbound phone communications effectively. Schedule appointments, verifying the correct visit type and primary care provider. Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring all patients are informed and assisted. Collaborate with back-office staff to enhance patient flow. Address service issues and complaints, escalating to management or clinical personnel when necessary.
