PROJECT MANAGER- TACOMA, WA
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$80,000-$120,000 DOE Vehicle Allowance:
$600/month + company gas card

Project Leadership & Execution
Manage all phases of commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects ($20K-$500K), ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery Develop and own project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor cost performance and manage change orders
Team & Trade Coordination
Direct and mentor on-site staff (superintendents, foremen, engineers) and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards Facilitate daily coordination meetings, resolve field issues, and enforce OSHA-compliant practices
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as primary client contact-conduct progress reviews, address concerns, and deliver status reports Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations teams to align scope, RFIs, and submittal schedules
Quality Assurance & Safety
Implement QA/QC procedures and perform regular site inspections to verify workmanship meets contract specifications Champion safety culture: enforce site safety plans, lead toolbox talks, and investigate incidents
The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years in commercial construction field roles (Superintendent or Asst. PM or PM) with direct HVAC/mechanical project exposure Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, submittals, and equipment specifications. Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams
