Arthrex is actively seeking a Project Manager to support our Reverse Logistics team. The Reverse Logistics Project Manager is responsible for managing and supporting projects related to returned medical devices, including rework, repackaging, labeling, and re-sterilization. This role ensures that project timelines are met, documentation is accurate, and all activities comply with regulatory and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate Reverse Logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and compliance. Develop and manage project portfolio, including schedules and task lists Generate work orders for rework and sample conversion projects. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, team updates, and project reviews. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Prepare and distribute project documentation (project charters, meeting notes, redlines, and impact assessments). Support packaging coordination, label reconciliation, and documentation updates in accordance with BOMs and specifications. Maintain accurate records in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Windchill, Documentum) to ensure traceability Collaborate with Field Operations, Inventory Control, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Service teams to resolve department-related issues. Analyze return trends, inventory discrepancies, and project performance using Excel and SAP. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and accessible documentation. Maintain and update work instructions (WIs) to reflect current processes and ensure alignment with quality standards. Track and coordinate employee training activities to support compliance, readiness, and continuous improvement. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Project Management preferred). 2+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or project coordination required. Experience with ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill, Documentum) strongly preferred. Experience with project management software (Workfront, MS Project or similar) strongly preferred. Experience with Power BI reporting is a plus. PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with GMP, Device History Records (DHRs), and change control processes. Ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Experience creating, maintaining, and updating work instructions (WIs) to ensure process accuracy and compliance. Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
