JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Construction Project Executive to lead commercial and institutional projects, including healthcare, education, and office assets. This role requires expertise in both ground-up and renovation projects, with leadership over project teams, project delivery, client interface, and executive-level oversight. Travel is required nationally up to 25% to support projects across multiple markets.

Negotiation and execution of GMP contracts, CMAR proposals, and Design-Build pricing

Risk assessment, forecasting, and executive-level reporting across assigned projects
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related discipline
Construction leadership, including healthcare, institutional, or commercial facilities
Proven experience with renovation, phased work, and occupied facility upgrades as well as new builds
Strong background in project delivery method
Ability to manage multiple projects while traveling regionally and nationally (~25%)
Personnel Leadership and Development along with P & L responsibilities a must
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
