Position Overview

Join a dynamic and fast-paced distribution team as an

Inventory Control Picker

, where precision, accountability, and efficiency drive success. Using a Cherry Picker and advanced systems like Eclipse and Excel, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

daily cycle counts

to ensure inventory accuracy.

Investigate and resolve

inventory variances

using system tools and physical audits.

Generate and deliver

accurate reports

to Inventory Control leadership.

Monitor and document

inventory-related discrepancies

across operations.

Collaborate with teams to identify

performance barriers

and assist in

root cause analysis

.

Develop and implement

action plans

to improve inventory processes and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience operating a

Cherry Picker

in a warehouse setting.

Strong experience in

order picking

and

cycle counting

.

Familiarity with

large-scale distribution environments

.

Proficient in

Eclipse ERP

and

Microsoft Excel

.

Ability to interpret and analyze

productivity and inventory reports

.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment

Operate within a

220,000+ sq. ft. warehouse

featuring over 25 bay doors.

Navigate a well-organized facility with

floor-to-ceiling racks

, a

wire guidance system

, and designated pick zones.

Maintain high standards of

cleanliness and organization

in all work areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
