Is This You?
1-5+ years of experience as an estimator in Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Piping for Institutional, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Brewery, Healthcare, and Industrial projects.
Responsible for leading all estimates up to $1M, with guidance from a Senior Estimator on larger projects.
Proficient in managing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
Adept at reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Capable of accurately summarizing materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
Solid understanding of construction field conditions, means and methods, as well as project timelines.
Experience with Quickpen / Autobid software is preferred.
Competence in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Tasked with soliciting, evaluating, and preparing attractive bid proposals for general contractors and project owners.
