The IS Project Manager II will provide day-to-day management of IT and construction-related projects, with a primary focus on projects involving construction, renovation, expansion of facilities, or creation of new hospital service lines. This includes managing EHR workflow builds and changes to accommodate new or expanded services, ensuring alignment between clinical operations, IS, and construction activities. The PM will also be responsible for managing other IS projects as assigned, overseeing risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies across initiatives.
Provide project management leadership for construction-focused projects, including coordination between IS, Facilities, vendors, and clinical/administrative departments.
Manage IT-related project implementations, including requirements gathering, scope definition, risk management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and reporting.
Identify risks, barriers, and interdependencies across projects; propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
Ensure alignment between IS and construction deliverables, including infrastructure, networking, hardware deployment, and clinical systems integration.
Drive timely resolution of issues by coordinating across Facilities, IS, and external contractors.
Support the IS PMO in developing standards, best practices, and process improvements.
Manage other IS projects outside of construction as assigned.
