What You’ll Do
Own the digital strategy:Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns that boost visibility, engagement, and online sales.
Drive e-commerce growth:Optimize the customer journey across our digital store — from UX and CRO to paid media and CRM.
Lead brand storytelling:Create compelling content and campaigns that showcase craftsmanship and connect with discerning audiences.
Leverage analytics:Use data tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Salesforce) to measure impact, optimize ROI, and drive results.
Inspire and collaborate:Lead a high-performing marketing team and partner with sales, design, and production to align vision and growth.
What You Bring
5+ years in marketing leadership withinluxury, lifestyle, or premium goods.
Proven experience indigital marketing, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce optimization.
Strong grasp ofcontent marketing, storytelling, and social media engagement.
Data-driven mindset with expertise inperformance analytics and ROI optimization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
