Fire Protection Site Manager\nLocation: Northampton (120 miles radius)\nStart Date: ASAP\nDuration: Ongoing \nRate: £250 p/day\n\nI'm working with a major main contractor delivering critical fire protection upgrades across schools, commercial settings and hospitals.\n\nThey are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple live, occupied sites. Works include fire door installation and maintenance, cavity barriers, fire-rated glazing, and a range of passive fire protection measures.\n\nThis is a long-term opportunity with strong potential to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven track record managing fire protection projects - doors, cavity barriers, glazing, and passive fire systems\n\nAbility to manage multiple sites and subcontractor teams simultaneously\n\nStrong knowledge of FRA compliance, passive fire protection standards, and best practice installation methods\n\nSMSTS minimum \n\nFIRAS or BM Trada certification desirable but not essential\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regional sites
