POSITION:
This position involves the use of diplomacy and people skills to interact with various parties, such as security, volunteers, clientele, the Court, attorneys, DHS, collaborative agencies, etc. The position is responsible for maintaining the smooth daily operations of the program through the utilization of, and interaction with volunteers and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and coordinate ALL SEPT program operations- Supervising Parenting and Children during their scheduled parenting time, managing program assistants and volunteers, responding to program operations such as billing, and being responsible for program outcomes.
·
Write through, timely and accurate reports of visits into Optima
·
Coordinate program assistants and volunteers to create initial and on-going scheduling of visits, including biological parents, foster parents, or other adults involved the care of transportation of the children.
·
Maintains relationships and education to referral sources to include the Courts, DHS, Attorney’s and other related agencies and individuals.
·
Assess parenting skills and performs intake for parenting assessment
·
Schedule and provide Nurturing Parenting classes to foster parent engagement
·
Assist parents with concrete support and/or parenting advise during level 1 visits
·
Knows about community resources available to support parents in their ongoing development of positive parent-child interactions
·
Uses and maintains a positive attitude individually and as a team member regarding all areas of this position, including with interactions with parents and other professionals
·
Be responsive to courts and changing dynamics in child welfare and domestic relations.
·
May testify in Court with regard to cases
·
Attend staff meetings and assist in the evaluation of the program.
·
Attend in-service trainings and assist with coordination.
·
Monitor the implementation of the Systemic Integrated Methodology in Supervised Visitation across program assistants and volunteers.
·
Participate in community awareness events and fund raising events.
·
Attend trainings to ensue program compliance.
·
Other duties as identified by the CEO, Senior Program Manager
