We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This individual will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, contract management, and change orders. The Project Manager will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial parameters. Handle contract management duties, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and managing contract changes and disputes. Manage change orders, ensuring that any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget are properly documented and approved. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Job Details

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Proven experience with budgeting, contract management, and change orders. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
